With a focus on business development, promotion of Made in Italy excellence, education and professional training, and sustainability consulting, Italiacamp is based in Rome and Milan, operating globally through Italiacamp EMEA FZCO in Dubai, which oversees the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy.

In this dynamic context of innovation and growth, Italiacamp is seeking a highly skilled Advisory Manager to join our team in the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy. This role will report directly to the General Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO and will support the strategic development and operational efficiency of our projects based in the UAE.

Description and Activities

The Advisory Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing Italiacamp’s business initiatives by providing insightful analyses, strategic guidance, and actionable recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The core responsibilities include:

• Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, assess competitive landscapes, and understand client needs, translating findings into actionable business strategies
• Advisory Network Management: Scouting for advisory project, manage and engage a portfolio of high potential advisors
• PMO: Facilitate communication and coordination between various advisors and the client, ensuring alignment of activities with project and client objectives offering ongoing guidance to maximize project outcomes
• Client Relations: If necessary or required by the project, serve as a key contact for clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions to enhance partnership value
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting and forecasting efforts, evaluating financial performance to ensure strategic investments and cost-efficiency
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in business operations and provide risk mitigation strategies to ensure long-term success
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and track business performance, preparing reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decisions. 

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Has more than 6 years of experience in consulting or business advisory roles, preferably in international or multinational environments
• Possesses strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Is proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and familiar with data analysis tools
• Shows fluency in English (C1 level) and Italian, both written and spoken.
