Following a successful career in global hospitality in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, French Polynesia, the Caribbean, and Seychelles, David Lescarret founded Infini Concepts in 2015 after years of managing restaurants and hospitality businesses in Dubai. Driven by attaining success, creating investment opportunities, and generating profitability in operations, David always aspired to work with world-renowned brands to reach new heights in hospitality. He is also the visionary behind exciting new concepts in the market, each with their own personality and fusion of sensory and culinary flavours.

David launched Infini Concepts together with Aleix, a passionate Spanish restaurateur with a background in Law and Criminology, who specialises in creating and marketing restaurant concepts. As the Managing Partner, he applies innovative thinking to help companies overcome challenges and contribute to the creation of successful concepts. Aleix’s portfolio is extensive, with brands across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Since its inception, Infini Concepts has built an impressive portfolio consulting for renowned brands such as Cé La Vie, Billionaire Dubai, La Serre, AtMosphere, Fumé, Qbara, Cavalli Club Restaurant and Lounge, Cirque Le Soir and Amazonico to name a few and more recently One&Only One Za’abeel. Infini’s own concepts include Miss Tess, Tipsy Lion, Tabū, Hayal, The Health & Co and King of The Mambo in Sri Lanka.

Infini’s Creative department has recently expanded with a group of talented individuals who have a passion for visual storytelling and creativity, in creating meaningful guest experiences. Together they help brands build better guest engagement and gain a competitive edge through social media, content marketing and public relations.
