Job Posting: Project Manager “Made in Italy Week 2026”
Italiacamp is an Impact Organization that promotes economic and social development through collaboration with numerous public and private partners. It is involved in business development projects, the enhancement of Made in Italy excellence, educational and professional training, and specialized consulting in sustainability and impact management. Headquartered in Rome and Milan, Italiacamp is also active in international markets through Italiacamp EMEA FZCO, based in Dubai, which manages the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy.
In this dynamic context of innovation and growth, we are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager to support the “Made in Italy Week 2026” initiative. The selected candidate will act as a local reference point for partnership building and for the operational and logistical management of all initiative-related events.
Main responsibilities
- Business Development: identifying and developing partnerships with institutional actors, brands, commercial operators, and media in the UAE.
- Strategic Networking: initiating and managing relationships with local communities and Emirati stakeholders.
- Logistics Management: coordinating venues, suppliers, transport, hospitality, and on-site event operations.
- Project Alignment: maintaining continuous collaboration with the Italy-based PM to ensure consistency and integration of activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management and/or organizing international events, particularly with the UAE.
- Demonstrable project outcomes and documented references.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Proficiency in major digital tools (MS365, project management platforms).
- Willingness to travel and operational flexibility.
Location: Dubai
Contract: freelance, up to 12 months maximum, with success fee
