The Executive Programme in Sustainable Mobility Management and Innovation by AlmavivA and Luiss Business School
On July 10, the inauguration ceremony was held at the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy by Italiacamp for the launch of AlmavivA‘s Executive Programme in Sustainable Mobility Management and Innovation, developed in collaboration with Luiss Business School.
The Programme offers a comprehensive overview of the emerging technologies enabling the context of new sustainable mobility and the innovative solutions that are transforming the sector. The first module, “Introduction to Sustainable Mobility,” provided participants with a deep understanding of digital transformation and intelligent transport systems (ITS). Topics covered included sustainable mobility, megatrends and business challenges, transport modes, enabling technologies, IoT and Big Data.
In addition to the lectures, there were several opportunities for discussion in working tables to share reflections and experiences. The professors of the MoovA Faculty from Almaviva’s Transportation & Logistics Division held two days of intensive training for a class of professionals from companies, institutions, and associations, including EAV – Ente Autonomo Volturno (also testimonials of the programme), TTS ITALIA – Telematica Trasporti e Sicurezza, SAIMA, Deloitte & Touche and others.
The launch of this unique program has become an opportunity to connect Italian companies expanding in the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia with major local economic and entrepreneurial entities. Additionally, it further consolidates the Hub’s mission to act as a bridge with the “Made in Italy” educational offerings and to promote sustainable growth and innovation in the mobility sector, spreading Italian know-how in this field throughout the region.
The programme will continue in September with the second module: “The Mobility Ecosystem.”
