Vivenda joins the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy: the group signs a membership and is getting ready to operate in the UAE.

Vivenda is the only organization in Italy to manage all phases of a sponsored restoration in an integrated way. The Vivenda model is unique: restorations of historic buildings belonging to public or private entities are financially supported by investments in advertising space hosted by the sites.

Thanks to its team of architects, engineers and restorers Vivenda operates with the utmost professionalism in order to manage each moment of the project. The projects are followed from the moment of the feasibility study to the close of the work, including the handling of every administrative aspect.

Main projects

Vivenda restored many buildings in the most suggestive locations in Rome, in the most fashionable districts of Milan and in important Italian and European cities.

In Rome, Vivenda transformed part of Piazza della Rotonda, the Pantheon square, one of the most visited monument in Italy. The company has worked on three buildings since 2019, while now the fourth restoration is in progress. The goal is to returning to its originally beauty one of the most popular places in Italy. 

Other restorations have been realized in Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Barberini, Piazzale Flaminio, Piazza del Colosseo, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere. Vivenda works also in Florence, one of the most visited Italian cities and in other famous tourist destinations such as Santa Margherita Ligure and Cortina d’Ampezzo.

OOH for social advertising 

In the Vivenda model, the OOH Adv does not just support financially the sponsored restorations. The advertising spaces host important associations and foundations which choose Vivenda to spread their social message to as many people as possible. 

Susan G. Komen Italia is one of the organizations that used the Vivenda space. Komen Italia is committed to fighting breast cancer. It organizes each year the Race for the Cure, a marathon in Rome and in other important Italian cities. In 2023  the Race for the Cure involved 70.000 people in Rome.

In Italy Vivenda is the official advertising agency of the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato and intermediary agency for all Italian and foreign press. It guarantees a complete service for legal advertising.

Over the years, Vivenda has worked with more than 10,000 economic operators, major local and national governments and companies operating in all sectors, from pharmaceuticals to transport, from energy to waste sector.
